Terms & Conditions for Employees
Performance Clause
The company expects every employee to maintain consistent performance and meet the assigned targets/responsibilities.
If an employee fails to demonstrate satisfactory performance even after several trainings, guidance sessions, and prior intimation, the company reserves the right to terminate employment at any time without further notice.
Confidentiality and Prohibition on Unauthorized Recording
Employees are strictly prohibited from recording, copying, storing, transmitting, or sharing any Company data, documents, systems, communications, or meetings—including but not limited to audio recordings, video recordings, screen captures, photographs, or transcripts—using personal devices or personal accounts under any circumstances, unless expressly authorized in writing by the Company.
Any unauthorized recording, duplication, or retention of Company information or meetings shall be treated as a serious breach of confidentiality and Company policy.
If such conduct is discovered, the Company reserves the right to take severe disciplinary action, including but not limited to termination of employment, initiation of legal proceedings, and any other remedies available under applicable laws.
Termination & Salary Settlement
In the event of termination, the employee will be entitled to receive the basic pay component of the salary for the actual working days completed, subject to applicable statutory deductions.
Other allowances, incentives, or benefits will not be payable upon termination unless required by law.
If the employee is unable to serve the full notice period, the employee may be required to compensate the company with an amount equivalent to 50% of the salary, which may be mutually discussed. The company may, with prior intimation, recover or adjust this amount from the employee’s final settlement or any dues payable.
Full & Final (F&F) Settlement
The Full & Final settlement (if applicable) will be processed within 60 days from the date of resignation acceptance or the date of termination.
Code of Conduct & Misconduct
All employees are expected to maintain professional behavior within the company premises and during official interactions.
Any act of misconduct, misbehavior, harassment, or disrespect towards colleagues, management, clients, or external stakeholders will result in immediate termination without prior notice.
General
The company reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
By joining Skillbotix Edtech Private Limited, the employee acknowledges and agrees to abide by the above Terms & Conditions.
Important Notice: These employee terms are in addition to the general terms and conditions stated above. All employees are required to read, understand, and comply with both sets of terms and conditions.
